Marguerite is a trained practitioner of Transformational Coaching, Strategic Intervention Coaching, Group Process Facilitation and the Balanced Scorecard. In addition, she is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader who knows that laughter releases creativity because she laughs … a lot! She has studied Improvisational Theatre at Second City Toronto and uses it to build teams that have each other’s backs!

Marguerite is the author of 2 books: “Forget It! What’s the Point?” and “Free and Laughing: Spiritual Insights in Every Day Moments” and is an avid blogger at
