Tammy is the author of a book also titled “Work From The Inside Out”, which will be published later in the year.

It was a particular pleasure having Tammy on the show as she has been a great supporter and invited me on to her podcast shortly after we first met last year. I had a great time on her show and this helped push me to launch my podcaast in January and a YouTube Channel shortly afterwards.

Tammy told me “There are ways that you can try to connect with somebody and let them feel seen and understood, it reminds me of something that Dale Carnegie said “be interested not interesting”, so take the focus off of yourself and show an interest in the other person but in a way where you are genuinely interested not just on the surface”.
